The City of Hemet will host a workshop for those interested in applying for 2015/16 program year Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding on Tuesday December 9, 2014 from 2 to 3:30 p.m. in the Covell Conference Room located at 510 East Florida Avenue, Hemet, CA 92543. Applications and information are currently available on the Grant Funded programs page of the City of Hemet website. The City anticipates receiving approximately $750,000 for reimbursement of expenditures in the eligible program areas of Housing, Public Facilities Improvements, Economic Development and Public Services, between July 1, 2015 and June 30, 2016.
