What is a final request form?
A final request form is a form that must be signed by a variety of departments and other agencies. This form is utilized to ensure all departments and agencies requirements are satisfied before you are granted final occupancy. The form is a 3-part form and must be obtained from our office or from your building inspector. Most of the signatures can be obtained at the City of Hemet’s City Hall, however, any others that can not are provided with a phone and address as to where they can be reached at.
