Trash, Recycling, & Green Waste
As of December 1, 2011 trash, recycling and green waste collection services are now provided to City of Hemet by CR&R Incorporated. For service information for your residence or business, please visit CR&R Customer Service or contact them at (800) 826-9677 for more information.
In addition to normal trash collection and special services provided by CR&R, the Riverside County Waste Management Department also sponsors several hazardous waste collections events throughout the year. Self-Hauling / Vacancy Certification
City of Hemet customers have the option to self-haul their refuse to a disposal site upon approval from the City's Public Works Director and in compliance with City of Hemet Municipal Code Chapter 62.
In addition, customers may apply for a vacancy certification if their property is vacant.
A completed application (PDF) along with any applicable fees must be submitted and approved prior to this agreement.
