Administrative Services
The Administrative Services Department is made up of three distinct divisions: Finance, Human Resources and Information Technology. Each division plays an important role in the Department's mission of providing essential services, supporting the City of Hemet in its pursuit of excellence in public service, by transparency in accurate and compliant financial reporting, maintaining an effective human resources program, and servicing technological infrastructure, support and innovation in the planning, development, deployment and integration of information technology products and services for all City Departments.

Finance
Finance provides support to City departments through the administration of financial functions such as; accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, audit, reporting, procurement, contracts, and risk management oversight.

Human Resources
Human Resources provides support to City departments and Retirees through the administration of labor and employment practices in compliance with local, state, and federal law.

Information Technology
The Information Technology Division provides departments through the deployment and management of innovative technology solutions; supports public access to City services, and records through the development and maintenance of outward facing technology.
